Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 19, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RXDash platform. In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean RXDash. By signing in to or using any part of the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. What the platform is
RXDash is a pharmacy-to-doorstep prescription delivery platform. It is made up of several connected parts, which these Terms call the "Platform":
- The Console, a web application used by our administrators and dispatchers to manage pharmacies, drivers, zones, deliveries and routes.
- The Pharmacy Portal, a web application used by pharmacy staff to create deliveries, print labels and forms, and follow their status.
- The Driver App, a mobile application used by drivers to pick up, transport and hand over deliveries and to capture proof of delivery.
- The servers and interfaces behind them, and the secure links, emails and text messages the Platform sends, including the page recipients use to sign for a delivery.
2. Who may use it
The Platform is a business tool, not a consumer service. You may use it only if you have been given an account by us, by a pharmacy that uses the Platform, or by a dispatcher, and only for the work that account was created for. Recipients of a delivery may use the signature page they are sent for that delivery.
3. Accounts and security
- A new account receives a temporary password by email. You will be asked to choose a new password the first time you sign in, and the temporary one stops being useful.
- We may ask for a verification code sent to your email when you sign in from a new device.
- Keep your password and codes private, do not share your account, and do not let anyone else sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell your administrator immediately if you think your account has been compromised.
- Access is limited by role. You may use only the features and data your role allows.
4. Rules for everyone
- Use the Platform only for its intended purpose: arranging, tracking and completing prescription deliveries and managing the accounts, pharmacies and drivers that support them.
- Do not try to access data, accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, and do not interfere with or disrupt the Platform.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or build a competing service from the Platform, and do not use automated tools or modified versions of the apps.
- Keep information you enter accurate and up to date.
- Follow all laws that apply to you, including those on prescriptions, patient privacy and transport of medication.
5. Additional rules for pharmacies
- You confirm you are authorized to disclose the patient and prescription information you enter, and that you have a lawful basis to arrange its delivery.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of each delivery you create, including the patient, address, handling requirements (for example cold-chain, signature or photo ID) and time window.
- You must tell us promptly if a delivery should be changed or canceled.
6. Additional rules for drivers
- Update a delivery only when the matching step has really happened. Statuses, times and locations are recorded and audited.
- Follow the handling requirements shown on each delivery, such as rush, cold-chain (kept at or below 8°C), signature required and photo ID required.
- Capture proof of delivery honestly. Never falsify a signature, photo, recipient name or location.
- Keep packages secure until they are handed over, and report failed, refused, damaged or missing deliveries in the app as soon as they happen.
- Do not use the app while driving. Pull over safely first.
7. Patient and prescription information
The Platform handles confidential patient and prescription information. You may use it only to complete the work you were assigned. You must not copy, photograph (except as needed for proof of delivery), store, share or discuss it with anyone who is not entitled to it. This duty continues after you stop using the Platform. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle this information.
8. Messages and notifications
The Platform sends operational messages: emails (such as account details and sign-in codes), push notifications to drivers, and text messages to recipients (such as delivery updates and signature links). You agree to receive the messages that go with your role.
9. Records and monitoring
Actions on the Platform are recorded in an audit trail that shows who did what and when, including account changes, delivery steps and driver location during delivery attempts. We and the pharmacies concerned may review these records to run the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
10. Third-party services
The Platform relies on third-party services such as cloud hosting, maps and address search, route planning, push notifications, messaging and error monitoring. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We try to keep it available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, so have a fallback way to reach dispatch if something stops working.
12. Ownership
The Platform, its design and its content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it for its intended purpose. We do not claim ownership of the delivery and pharmacy information you enter.
13. Suspension and ending access
We, or the pharmacy or dispatcher that gave you access, may suspend or remove your access at any time, for example if you break these Terms, if a delivery is handled improperly, or if you stop working with the Platform. You may stop using it at any time.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your pharmacy or services agreement with us may contain additional terms, and where they conflict with these Terms, that agreement applies.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
